How does your licensing work? |
| A. |
Single-user licenses allow the software to be
installed and used on one computer. Multi-user licenses allow
the software to be installed and used on the number of computers
specified by the license. Multi-user licenses also allow the
software to be used on a network provided that the maximum
number of concurrent users does not exceed the number of computers
specified by the license. |

Studio 2. How do I control the number of concurrent users
on my network? |

Control Studio 2 has built-in concurrency control
to stop users accessing the software when the maximum number
of licenses has been exceeded. When installing the software
on a network, you should visit Updates to
ensure you have the last version. |

You can purchase 5-user extension licenses from

Yes, as long as you are the only person who
will be using the software. |

You can contact
us for a new release code. Please make sure you provide
your serial number and the new signature code that is displayed
on screen when you try to activate the software. |

Yes. A teacher may use Control Studio
2 at home for educational purposes so long as the teacher is
employed by a licensed institution. |

Students are not permitted to use
a school/college version at home. However, a special
low-cost version is available that can be used at home. |
